RESERVATION, PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICIES

RESERVATION POLICIES.- The rates shown on the website or offered by telephone, are only valid at the time of your quote. The rates will apply for their respective charge, only in case of reserving the desired package, otherwise the rates may vary. A reservation is considered complete, when you have a confirmation number and the corresponding charge has been applied. At the time of purchase, you authorize us in writing and / or verbally to use your credit card number to make your payment, and expressly confirm to know and accept these Terms and Conditions as well as the privacy policy of Vas A Viajar LLC . All packages are subject to availability at the time of processing your request. Availability can not be guaranteed until full payment has been received. In order to avoid setbacks, you must print your corresponding customer code and present it at the time you request your paid service. If you wish to change or cancel your package, please contact us within 30 consecutive days of your purchase, with your assigned Travel Advisor, mentioning your customer code. Vas a Viajar LLC suggests you read carefully the clause corresponding to CANCELLATION POLICIES. Any package change is subject to availability and re-quotation of rates. For more information, you should contact your assigned Travel Advisor, mentioning your customer code. All vacation packages confirmed in firm by Vas A Viajar LLC provide a customer control number which you must carry at all times.

PAYMENT POLICIES.- The amount corresponding to your vacation package, Vas A Viajar LLC will charge immediately to the credit card information you provide for this purpose, through the company Miami Visuals (transactional partner of Vas A Viajar LLC ) that will be reflected in your next statement. For the payment of your vacation package, we accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Dinners Club and Discover credit cards. For more information, please contact one of our Travel Advisors. The rates published on our site are quoted in US dollars. In the case of any other currency, the amount of the transaction will be converted into US Dollars at the exchange rate in effect on the date of the transaction. Please note that the amount that will appear on your credit card payment receipt may vary up to three percent due to the international fluctuation of the currency exchange rate. Vas A Viajar LLC is not responsible for this fluctuation. You acknowledge having been informed of the fluctuation of the exchange rate and agree to the corresponding charge in American Dollars. If you require a fiscal invoice, please indicate to the operator when the package is activated. It is worth mentioning that for tax reasons the invoices will be drawn up after generating the payment or after having enjoyed the reserved service (s).

CANCELLATION POLICY.- All requests for cancellation must be informed by you in writing via e-mail to your assigned Travel Advisor, mentioning your customer code, date of purchase of the package and reason for cancellation; and must do so within a maximum of 30 days after the purchase is made. If the 30 days specified in this description are exceeded, you can not request the cancellation of the vacation package. You, as the owner of a vacation package from Vas A Viajar LLC, can transfer the vacation package under a personal agreement with the person who will be the new owner of the package. This holiday package transfer will cost US $ 299.00; to cancel by any of the parties at the time of the transfer of the vacation package, making the payment through any means available to the company, in order to facilitate the change. For cancellation of hotel reservations, car or cruise: Communicate via written the desire to cancel reservation at least 15 days prior to the planned trip.

  • Then Vas A Viajar LLC describes its general cancellation policies applicable to the Vacation and Cruise package: - Cruise bookings canceled 15 days or more before the arrival date are subject to a charge of 10% of the total amount of your reservation.
  • Cruise bookings canceled 14 to 3 days prior to arrival date are subject to a 2 night charge.
  • Cruise bookings canceled 2 to 0 days before the arrival date, or in case of not arriving, will not be refunded. Similarly, refunds do not apply for early departures
